I realize that, and I may be drawing an erroneous conclusion here, but I tend to think that Veken more or less abandoned the U.S. market. Universal Product Concepts / Northern Tool, on the other hand, haven't, and, since the original Veken was, we think, the WuXi-Angell 50cc hybrid, I'm assuming that ABAT will continue to build it. Thus, the ABAT part number would be the current version.

If not, the spec.'s are sufficiently similar to allow a valid comparison for purposes of evaluating the potential retail markup.
