The South Florida Water Management is negotiating to buy 180,000 acres from US Sugar for $1.75 Billion to help restore the Everglades. The deal is encountering problems. Why not sell them our land for the same almost $10,000 per acre. This would equate to something close to $150 per share or a 500% gain !!!!!
