Anyone here have a problem with the sweetheart deals JA has provided for himself and other family members?

I would really like to own shares in ALCO, particularly at price below $30/share, but betweeen the payouts to JA and family members, and the bumbling activity of the past several years, I have no confidence that this company will generate shareholder value to anyone but JA, et al as long as he retains a controlling interest. Perhaps this explains why there are so few shareholders in this company.
