Matt Ludwig, the plant manager for Rockport Works, (this is the same guy who violated the lockout procedure, and then lied about it and had the corporate safety guy change the rules so his action wasn't a violation) has most recently had meeting with all managers in the plant ordering them to build a wall between management and hourly employees. This situation is sad. Usually people try to tear down walls. Management needs to fire this guy.
