It appears that Obama has the courts totally under his control. Judge David Carter, a former Marine, was very interested in Orly's most recent case. He had even reserved a January court date. Alan Keyes was one of the litigants, and Carter could not rule Keyes didn't have standing. So what happened? Carter hired a lawyer from a firm in which one of Obama's top lawyers is a partner. And that top lawyer's wife is Anita Dunn, the White House's Communications director. Now, do you think Judge Carter did that on his own initiative?

With her case subsequently (consequently?) dismissed, Orly could not present any of her arguments or exhibits (including the Kenyan certified copy of registration of Obama's birth and I think WRIF's recording of the Kenyan ambassador's inadvertent acknowledgment, on the day after Obama was elected, that Obama was born in Kenya). Can you think of an alternative to the bound and gagged judges, that would allow irrefutable documentary proof to be exposed and subject to a binding ruling?
