Commercial Loans at Assurant      1-Nov-09 06:24 pm    
AIZ has about 1.5 billion in commercial loan exposure. Does anyone know what these are rated? In the supplementary data, they only break out by amounts and location and building type(majority are West coast).

Is that what is holding this stock back? If commercial loans collapse and defaults rise, is AIZ immune to this?
