Oak gave common a 10% carve out of any liquidation proceeds. That means if the company is sold for $30M, common get $3M. This is after their $10M investment.

Not a bad deal for Oak considering that they directed the company to where we are at now. They can say they didn't control the Board, but the Board was told what to do by them.

Also, this company was built on the common investor's back through dilution. Common took a haircut time and time again reducing their investment value each time the company needed more money. The reward? A 10% carve out if the company is sold for what I believe would be below $70M.

With that said, I'm sure Airspan has hundreds of millions in dollars worth of potential rural broadband business ahead of them. If that ends up being indeed the case, the company will be worth at least $100M in less than 6 months.

Oak is in complete control now folks... let's hope they are better at running the company than they are at directing it.
