Wells analyst says, "We do not believe that investors adequately understand that the weakness in AIQ’s quarter was primarily due to its interim business which accounts for only 10% of total revenue and that the increased supply of MRI equipment in the interim market is unlikely to impact its overall MRI mobile business which accounts for 40% of revenue...Attractive free cash flow yield even assuming higher interest rate expense...radiation therapy business should hold steady despite potential cuts to reimbursement...Our estimates assume revenue per scan and scans per day decrease. Our estimates have and continue to assume reductions in revenue per scan for both MRI and PET/CT scans consistent with AIQ’s experience over the past 1-2 years. Our estimates for volumes assume that average scans per day decrease in the second half of 2009."
