Today there are a number of buyers believing that the earnings will be good. On the other hand the short sellers are trying to keep down the buying impact by selling short. The Interactive Broker site has changed from 200,000 shares available to 100,000 shares available since yesterday. Very few retail sellers showing up. I have no doubt that there will be positive cash flow, and an Operating Profit. The work that the management has performed with the refinancing/exchange of debt has significantly lowered interest rate, which along with management fees are the greatest expenses the company has. I also have no doubt that the Revenue will be down, I expect a default rate of 7% or Revenue to be about 58Million, MOL.

Asset values are a crap shot. I just dont have a guess as to what they might look like. CMBS values were rising, then a series of negative media articles about the viability of Commercial Real Estate has altered the perception that the PPIP was creating leaves a big hairy doubt.

So the bottom line is what will count more to investors; Positive Income numbers or falling asset values?
