So to summarize. I am not pumping. I come to the board to hear others opinions and sometimes to state mine. However, I most like hearing and talking about the facts!

Fact is that many people have made money on AHR in the last year. Have you looked at the chart? Do you see the up and down price action? Some longs and shorts have no doubt made money on AHR this year. I know I have.

My current long investment or trade (whatever you want to call it) is not doing so well. I am hoping for a pre-earnings runup like we have seen the last several times. Not sure if I will hold into earnings or not.

Anyway, I am sorry for your loss of investment. But does coming on here and provoking the longs really serve a purpose. If you are a bear, state your case. But belly up and no divy just don't cut it.

Or better yet put your money where your mouth is and short the stock and be happy since you are so sure on the ultimate outcome of AHR.

I think AHR is a good speculative buy right now since it is in the lower part of its trading range. We have different opinions, but I feel no need to attack you verbally.
