Six sigma, lean, black belt, are the reason for decline of American industrial power. The lean blackbelt has deflected real investment in US to allow wall street thugs to take money from US. Some companies have new VP's of Lean with huge budgets, and all they do is fix the stuff they messed up. Years ago we were making 6 gadgets an hour, six sigma saved it with huge savings and it was making 2 gadgets an hour, now after new leans and a new VP its back to 4 gadgtes.
Not one dime in capex in 30 years makes this a worn out POS, but years of constant 6 sixma, lean, black belt, consultants, it still is a POS. Disgusting.
