On the real estate side of asset, I would not be surprised that it's worth twice what's carried on book. Then, we need to adjust for potential tax liabilities. I also would not be surprised that there is very little surplus land available for sale, if at all.
$200 million is no chump change for hidden value, but if it's not working to AHC's favor... Rating :
