Noone really knows---There are still alot of risks here and the stock has been very strong recently as you point out---
I will probably sell some and keep a core position---but that could be completely wrong--

Your risk profile
% of stock held to your net worth
psychology---how bad would you feel if this
were to go back to $4 or below?
how much better would you feel if this went to $6 or above?

Tax considerations---long-term short term?
tax free account or taxable account?--
