-Last thrusday was the strongest volume day for AWSL and the shorts were hitting it their hardest yet.

-coincidentaly, right after the close there were 5 complaints to pinksheets.com that AWSL, the company had been spamming to sell stock -NOT TRUE !! Why would an experienced company like AWSL send out spam emails al of a sudden, when their stock was almost $5.00 and they were expereincing $4,000,000.00 dollar flow/trade volume days.

-As a result of these complaints, the company was demoted with a Caveat Emptor trading status by pinksheets, and told it would be in place until at least Friday (the same day these shorts have thir fiscal year end)

-coincidentally it is the fiscal year end for most hedge funds on October 31st....this includes Timothy Sykes....in other words they have to cover their short positions in the next 3 days from now and report their short position.

-Did you know that AWSL has been continuously illegally naked shorted for the last 8 months and has always recovered ? The stock get hit hardest during the last 4 days of each month, and fridays are also the most common days where someone tries to paint the tape down at the end of the day.

-but this is where it gets most disgusting,

-Timothy Sykes was on the ihub message boards trying to discredit AWSL by saying it was not a real company....I know AWSL very well and have spoken to some of the directors directly, I had even visited one of their Renewable energy projects (which can be viewed on this video:

They are very real and are great guts, therefore i requested that Timothy contact some of AWSL's partners to validate that the company is real....i gave him a list of suggestions, including commerical real estate giant Cushman Wakefiled...well he did contact them, as did 30 of his followers, but what was said was the upmost alarming....They asked Cushman and other associates "Why a company of their size would publicly associate with a pinksheets listed company who had the toxic caveat emptor skull and cross bones next to thier name and asked if they knew that AWSL was possibly involved in fraudulent activities.....again, keep in mind, it was sykes and his band who strategically had the caveat emptor status placed on AWSL to begin with, while they prepared to short attach the company before their year end...

In oterh words, this was outright sabotage...sykes clearly does not care if a company is real or not, in fact he tries to destroy whatever is in his way in order for him to profit.

My family and I are all HEAVILY invested into AWSL because we believe in the company, afterall, we know first hand they are real and live in Toronto where they have done a few projects right in our back yard...

I want to know how someone could be so cunning and want to destroy a company like AWSL without any regard for the company, its employees or its shareholders.

After october 31st i believe AWSL's stock will bounce back up and beyond, especially now that the company announced several million dollars in revenues....i hope that sykes and his crew didnt do too much damage when they tied to sabotage AWSL's relationships' with their clients and i hope .

I'm also told that the directors of AWSL had been funding this company out of their own pockets since it started, and the company should finally start turning a profit soon...
