Not necessarily. If legal costs are billed to, say, September, they need to go with September. They don't all get rolled forward to the execution of the deal, and are put on the books as they occur.

These things take many months, and sometimes years. They've been talking for quite a while, so my expectation is they will have had some Q3 expense toward the merger.
