Just found disclosure that NAMES the Company whose In Vitro test was being discussed at the 8/4/2009 Advisory Committee meeting!!!! On all prior disclosures and meeting materials the ANDA applicant name was whited or redacted out. THIS PROVES IT WAS AKORN. AKORN AKORN not Mylan
