I agree 100% - in my understanding this adds to the PAS and would make it stronger. Why would any doctor not want that? Apparently these PAS type systems have been around a for a long time and look how many normal appendix's they take out.

If anything this new PAS (with Appyscore value added) will help the PAS be a stronger decision tool than it is now - especially when trying to decide if I irradiate someone son or daughter with the CAT scanner.
