In the conference call, they mentioned that they spent approximately $1M on legal pertaining to the ESA note in Q3. I think the odds are that the company doesn't recover any money from the note, but since they are spending money pursuing it, they must feel that there is some probability that they recover some percentage of the note. At this point, if they can recover a single penny it's found money as they already wrote down the entire note. Nonetheless, I hope they aren't throwing more good money after bad...

Other than that, I thought the conference call was relatively perdictable and in line with my expetations and their press release. It was nice to hear that some of these refinanings will occurs in the next few weeks.
