I see SHO flowed 14 cents, which is an improvement vis a vis AHT over the last couple quarters. But they've diluted the bejesus out of the common to build a $400M free cash war chest, and it trades nearly double this. I don't get that, sure, the liquidity is impressive, but in the end income per share is what matters to the market. The pricing of these two is out of whack imo.
