Let's just look back over the last three years:
1) Purchased over $2 Billion in hotels at the peak of the market.
2) Lost over $200 Million in their piece of crap Mezz business (I do believe management was telling shareholders that wall street just didn't understand their business model) HA, HA, HA. I believe Wall Street did, AHT management was just too stupid to understand the risk.
3) Management gives there self large numbers of shares each year even with the company falling apart. Screw the shareholder as long as management gets as much out of the company as possible (large salaries, big bonuses and huge blocks of free stock).
4) Maxed out their line of credit.
5) Now going to issue $300 more in debt or whatever they determine….
I could go, on, and on, and on, but it really doesn’t matter does it. At this time the only smart thing management has done was the interest rate swap.

AHT MANAGEMENT SUCKS…AND SUCKS…AND SUCKS. PUT A MANAGEMENT TEAM IN PLACE THAT UNDERSTANDS HOW TO GROW A BUSINESS NOT JUST RUN A HOTEL IN GOOD TIMES.
