Firm strengthens AECOM’s services for U.S. critical-mission support operations

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AECOM Technology Corporation (NYSE: ACM - News), a leading provider of professional technical and management support services for government and commercial clients around the world, announced today that it has acquired SSI Services Inc. from the Vanadium Group.

With nearly 20 years of experience, SSI provides a wide array of services, including facility operations, maintenance and management; logistics support; and facility optimization analysis and planning, primarily to the U.S. federal as well as state and local governments. The acquisition strengthens AECOM’s service offerings in critical-mission environments such as federal facilities that have limited access as well as strict safety and security requirements.
