ABF will be the only unionized LTL company left that contributes to the massively underfunded Central States Pension Plan, after the possible demise of YRCW. Does that mean that ABF is then solely responsible for the billions of dollars of underfunding (aside from what the fund can recover from YRCW in bankruptcy)?

In their SEC filings, ABF has estimated what their portion of the underfunding is, so that implies that when YRCW goes bankrupt, ABF's portion would be that much greater.

That's a heckuva big contingent liability.
