Seems a little more than just coincidence, but earnings will be released today and we will most likely close above $1.00 again for the 10th day. This clears up the NASD listing issue for another year. It just seems a little fishy that the stock price was jacked up exactly 10 days prior to earnings release. May not bode all that well for the stock price after today. Still, it will be interesting to see what they say on the cc, etc.
