Analyst expectations are really hurting the price.

"Our reported net loss for this third quarter of 2009, decreased to $11.1 million or $0.24 a share, from a net loss of $13.3 million or $0.29 a share in the year-ago quarter. For the nine months ended September 30, 2009, our net loss was $40.9 million or $0.88 a share up from a net loss of $14.8 million or $0.32 a share in 2008."

Definitely, management needs to improve these results. They need to find other sources for income or cut their expenses even more. If they don't start to break even on their balance sheet, they will find themselves out of business before they are ready to release any of their other projects next year.

Administration needs to stop making excuses and present better results next quarter.
