While it is unrealistic to think that Agree Realty won't feel some damage from the recession they continue to remain profitable and growing AND no redux to dividend. This demonstrates the quality of their rental properties and their management. The only reason this stock has fallen so severely is a sympathetic effect from other REITs and particularly financial institutions heavily tied to the real estate market. As soon ss the public either realizes that the yield on this is solid and far beyond other investments (risk adjusted) the stock price will double in a matter of days or weeks. Today was probably rock bottom and I bought as much as I could afford to buy at fire sale prices.
