Were on the same page here. My ego comment was about the ADAM mgt. in relation to OLB. OLB had simply not grown for the previous couple years leading up to the acquisition, yet ADAM apparently thought it could impart its ways, channel(s) and mgt. to produce different results.

Selling into the small employer via the broker simply wasn't going to be the saviour.
