Well, it's always kinda shady when the company sells assets to a director and then the director takes off. Apparently the company sold this director Hart some property and licenses and in exchange ACTI acquired 10% of Hart's venture. It may be perfectly legit or even beneficial to ACTI, but I'm not really sure. Could be good or bad, depending on the details of the deal.
