For about 10 Million dollars they could get the company, products + technology. They would get a portfolio of patents and potential drugs. They would have 238 which has completed adult phase 2 and a suspended pediatric p2.

It would be cheaper than going public in a few years. Only companies going public right now are Chinese companies.

To go down this path they would have to raise 40 Million to buy the company and complete pediatric p2. At which point the company would be worth considerably more.

As for all the patent infigenment posts it will be upto the next owners to collect if ANY PATENTS are infringed. And that will only happen if the company develops deep pockets.
