Reading Mario Muniz still working at ACL tells me these guys at ACL are complete bafoons. This guy is one of the reason ACL is in the hole. He keeps getting promoted because he don't do his job. He could not run a fleet, he could not run the safety programs, etc... He is never around. He likes to hide. He's a nice guy but not top management! ACL reminds me of some of these bad government programs that have been put into place over and over which peter out and do nothing but spend tons of money.
