One reason why Q4 is expected to be lower revenue than Q3 is that Q3 includes about $2M revenue from Actions Beijing, and in Q4 they will no longer include Actions Beijing revenue in their report because ownership is going from 80% to 35% so it's no longer a subsidiary, but instead an investment.
