Good Post. It bothers me that our family pays almost a thousand each month for high deductables, we pay for prevention-health products-never get to the part where the insurance pays. I am glad knowing that a part of my premiums pays for the uninsured, but like the corruption of our markets, it bothers me to know that I am paying the insurance executives large salaries, and that part of their every day concern is to figure out how not to pay me or my family if one of us get sick. Our money-hard earned is used to hurt us. The Republicans/Conservatives/Neocons will gladly keep anything as business status quo. Others of us realize that the government only steps in when private sector fails. Our markets-medical-and concentration of wealth has kept us from shareing the American dream, but of course when it comes to stiring up trouble overseas with every imaginable clandestine operation even giving birth to Bin Laden, then they are all for it. Although too much liberalism is bad we have forgoten to share, play fair, and like the foot doctors of China are far removed from intrinsic good of our daily efforts. jmo
