You question safety and the benefit of walking.

You should know that ACOR's version will be much safer than the compounded alternative which is being taken by 50K people already.

If you had difficulty walking you would not scoff at the importance of the benefit of fam.

You also are missing the importance of the MOA of fam in MS. The benefits will NOT be limited to walking. In fact, all MS injuries that are short of neuron death (secondary MS) MAY be mitigated by fam. That is why most of those taking it fam stay on it even with no measurable improvement in walking. The company will not be permitted to sell these benefits but the MS community and the neuro's will do it for them.
