Retired Tech your thoughts on ATRCs 3rd quarder and their settlement with the feds. They pay a fine 3.8 million over 5 years. this fine has been charged to 3rd quarter 09. excluding this fine their loss for the quarter was only 900,000 nine hundred thousand. what is your oppinion as to the size of this fine 3.8 million for a company with yearly sales of 52 to 55 million. What are your thoughts as to how high the fine could have been? and will this slow down ATRCs earnings growth? Ideally if the fine was dropped and we had blow out earnings that would have been a home run. But actually this quarters results look good to me, unless we get blindsided by something unexpected.
Now I would like to see one of their several clinical trials come in with good results.
