I took a good look at ATRC and from what I can see, its seems to have established some forward momentum which is good but the big concern in my mind is the ever present over shadowing of the Dept of Justice investigation. I've learned from many years of experience that companies who "could" be a target for the D.O.J. should be entirely avoided - - - at least until pending issues are resoloved. Entanglement from that perspective can be a companies complete undoing so I'm simply going to wait and see what happens on that matter. And beyond that, I really think ATRC at this point is "over sold" based upon its recent share price spike. Share price spikes of the type we have just seen here almost always get hammered by the shorts. Therefore, I'm looking for a continued sell off in the next few days which likely will put the share price back down to somewhere around $2.50 to $3.00 range. Just my 2 cents worth.
