You are correct. It was my error. Probably I was influenced by the special dividend paid out by ACAS, after they had suspended their regular dividend.

The $86M in carry-over dividends was partially distributed in Fiscal Q1 2010 ($37M), more will be distributed in Q2 ($45M), and the remainder will be distributed in fiscal Q3 2010...

I had it explained to me by someone at AINV's HQ staff.
