Every time I post something with any financial anaysis nobody responds in kind. This will be my last attempt. I am long and hoping for a nice gain as most of you are. It is easy to become infatuated with the innovative product and its credibility and uniqueness. My question is how can this stock be worth $2 based on its income?
Lets assume it becomes profitable and sells for 20 X earnings. Earnings would have to be 10 cents per share, or a total of 6,600,000. Assuming a gross profit percent of 30 and 25 million in other expenses(this may be optimistic), We would need a gross profit of about 90,000,000 or sales of around 300,000,000 per year. Argue with my numbers. Can this company do this? ie: (Rounded) Sales 300,000,000 Cost 210,000,000 GP 90,000,000 Expenses 25,000,000 Net Inc 65,000,000 Inc per sh .10 Rating :
