Maybe the Reuters research is a high school term project... Ambac's GJW Preferred is at $2.20, and the exchange-traded debt is trading at 25¢ on the dollar. Mr. Market seems to think its just a matter of time before "time out" and Chap 11. Odds are same with single 0 green at roulette table--at least the drinks are on the house while you wait...
