Market seems to be slowly turning over in anticipation of a move at a later time but hard to say with all the volatility that has been happening. My "gut" feeling (and gut feelings do not count) is telling me that we will have a rally toward the end of this month. The M O for both the NAS and the NYSE is more "stuck" than not. I listen to some of the world's best traders (and I'm sure some you do too)and in the short term they have been "all" wrong (last 4-5 days) but appear to right on a little longer term and that is the market, according to them, is slowly turning over midst all the volatility.

We will find out sooner or later. I'm out when I do not fully understand the market a bit more than the short term movement. Can lose a lot of $ in the "fear" mode.
