Ok nobody has posted here for a while. I was not surprised to see the company cut the dividend. I would rather them do it, than not have enough cash. They like to keep the dividend around 50% of cash flow. This frees up free cash flow for the company to repurchase shares, advertise more, develop some great trips for Discover Education.

By the way does anyone else think this is significant? The company is now an internet company (bookrags), and organizes, promotes and executes educational excursions for commercial and non profit institutions. Slowly they are adding things that have (or should have with discovery) similar margin and still require little capex. I am not expecting anything good at the quarterly statement. I will be tempted to buy in the stock went much lower than $9.
