of what the attorney says. Then if the attorney lies in court you can ask the judge if you can use the recording of his conversation. The attorney could lose his license for saying he did NOT say something when he did in court or you could subpoena the tape from Asset Acceptance of your conversation. Also watch for other times Asset Acceptance has perjure themselves during the time the lawsuit is going on. You should be able to find a few times they have perjured themselves, IMO.
