AMEX SPAC's have been rip-offs for decades...and they still are rip-offs as they dilute you with pie in the sky forecasts with one hand and massive insider sales with the other...it has always been that way, why would now be any different. 'presentations' are the bread and butter to drum up investors.

I've been against this stuff for a decade and I'll be damned if my site will be used to spread what will end up being a bunch of '0's'. hey this site is a bust for me financially anyway, I honestly do not care if the rest of you leave at this point...but someone mentioned a stock that had 200 shares traded in a day as another SPAC acquisition thing???? same person yesterday posted a link and a price target from a marketing firm paid in stock to put on said price target. that cannot happen here period.

I don't care...a site that makes no money gives the owner ridiculous amounts of freedom eh. this site was created as an oasis from the crap out there on free message boards...I'd honestly rather go broke with dignity than use others for financial gain. no more.

this is my baby and not a democracy if/when I think something has gotten out of line. There are many outlets out there for this type stuff, too many. anyone interested can easily find them.
