Maybe nanoknife can do it for the whole specialty.

I just learned more about the whole interventional radiology field.
IT IS VERY SMALL!
Most interventional departments do about one case per week.

They are starting to get their own recognition but generally some other specialty gets the patient first.
And I think the internal politics is terrible.
Dr. Kee fpr instance,... one of our big promoters is at UCLA but he has never been allowed to start using the nanoknife because he cannot get approval from the investigational review committee in his hospital.
Medical politics at work i assume.
