I do not totally agree with this persons' findings. The reason is that the fed will keep rates where they are at for the foreseeable future, and thus give banks a chance to earn money above their losses. If the fed was forced into raising rates before the 4 to 6 months that is cited for housing foreclosures then I can see the banks again in big trouble. But for as long as the fed maintains a close to zero % rate banks will make more than their losses and confidence will return to the entire economy. What right now is really needed is for a business tax cut to help spur new hiring. Most businesses have cut to the bone and any increase in consumer spending will cause new hiring. Though I doubt that the current leadership in Washington can get past their socialist bias and allow capitalism to work.
