Only own a few shares of the common and a few of the preferred. Better question is why do the largest institutions continue to hold? Says something about investment managers today. Only in America do we pay for poor performance.

I believe the model is broken when you can theoretically liquidate and double your money.

Another gripe that I have is the size of the board. Compensation should be halved to see if that might thin it out a bit.

I could go on and on but only if there are other shareholders who truly desire change. Lost confidence long ago in the board.
