i have been a loyal customer for 7 years always paid on time etc...they lowered my credit limit , and have no valid reason,my fico score is 780 and growing , my shares of axp are going to be sold monday... and i am sending a letter to the CEO to inform him of how they are running the business into the ground, it is very sad to say the least, gla imo
