AVX Should Buy Kemet     27-Feb-09 01:51 pm    
for the tantalum division, plain and simple. Kemet's market cap is ridiculous and their debt is not that bad. Even a reasonable premium should not be a problem. AVX has plenty of cash and no debt. Are they interested in growing, or not?
