To get the "OK" for the MD drug, they need to successfully complete at least one Phase III clinical trial. That's four years down the road.

Take a look at HGSI's five year chart, you'll see that they have consistently traded in the $10 to $15 range all that time. The drop to 45 cents was due to a line-up of bad timing betweent the stock market collapsing and speculation that HGSI's second Phase III trial for lupus was not going to repeat the results from their first P3.

When the combination of improving market conditions and positive results arrived, HGSI took off. It returned to it's normal trading range, and then achieved what would be expected: it went up about 100% from the pre-collapse range.

Ya, if you were one of those extremely lucky ones who dared to invest in HGSI back in March, you've definitely made a killing. However, the average investor has about a 100% return: and many of those I'm sure have been invested for a good five years to get that return.

AVII hasn't paid its dues yet. They need to get into, and successfully complete a Phase 3 trial for DMD. First off, they need to get into a good partnership to help pay the costs and give the market a credibility check. Then the stock will go up; probably into the $3 to $5 range.
