on the biz noone really can comment. mgment cant say anything about guidance. growth? not at that level yet. it is scheduled on phase 3 of the restructuring plan (started with pase 2 only recently). major focus is on operational focus. short term focus is on rev recognition issues. not material, no effects acc to mgment but it is on the major focus list. mgment is looking forward to a big and costly investigation without any effects.

once the investigation and the operational issues is finished mgment will look for growth. they cant do everything at once. when to look at the bil$8 market? mgment does not know. first want to wait for the outcome of the investigations.
