Your sister is where "the rubber hits the road" in the utility business and her views (if they are from a customers perspective) are more important and valid than any views posted by the outsiders on this message board.

I do not own this stock nor am I short this stock. I just found it rather odd that somebody thinks the views of a company customer is not useful.
