As economic indicators come out in 2009, they continue to show economic recovery, at least for the near future. We had positive GDP reports for Q3-2009; this is a first since Q2-2008. There was also an increase in retail sales - 2.7% from July to August 2009. And, home prices are beginning to trend upward since bottoming out in Q1-2009.
